to an electronic funds transfer (EFT) or an
automated clearing house (ACH) transaction and

If the check bounces for a second time, the NSF
check writers bank account is then monitored daily
for funds.
When the funds are available, we immediately send an EFT to recover
your funds from the bad check writers account. An
NSF fee is paid by the bad check writer for the cost
of collection.
