wanted to take a few minutes and let you know
that the YMCA of Greater Des Moines is extremely
pleased with the service NFNC eCashflow Systems has
provided.
When
we started in December 2002, we weren’t sure
how this would work out. We had always attempted
to collect our own NSF checks and ACH declines.
After much thought and examination, we decided
that our staff was not appropriately trained in
collecting these funds. With mixed emotions, we
decided to give NFNC eCashflow Systems a try. The
support you and the others have provided has
been top notch. If we have had any questions or
concerns, your support staff has immediately
checked out the issue and let us know what is
going on. This past month using your service has
been our best month ever collecting NSF checks

We
met with NFNC eCashflow Systems in July of 2001.
Before Advantage wireless began working with
them, we did our best to collect our bad checks
in house. After exhausting our efforts, we would
give our bad checks over to a collection
attorney who would charged us large fees to
collect these checks.
We
met with NFNC eCashflow Systems, changed some
procedures, and immediately gave them checks to
collect at no cost to us. This took the burden
off our accounting staff and we saved money by
not paying our collection attorney for the same
service. NFNC eCashflow helped simplify our
process. They do everything electronically,
including making direct deposits to our account
when they collect. Funds get collected faster!
Today
we use their electronic NSF check collection
system as well as some of their other services.

dollars of bad checks for Advantage Wireless.

Peerless
started with NFNC eCashflow Systems in the middle of
2001 with a half dozen stores as a trial. Once
we realized NFNC eCashflow was more effective than
our regular collection methods, we began adding
more stores.
Our
regular collection method includes calling the
bank in another state where our store is located
and after verifying funds, we would have some
one from the store drive to the bank to cash the
check in person.
NFNC eCashflow
Systems does the same collection electronically
and makes deposits directly into our account.
With everything considered, it is a faster way
to collect our money and it is at “NO COST”
to us. You even provide a collection service for
checks that cannot be collected electronically.
NFNC eCashflow
Systems has provided good service, and actually
saves us bank fees that we pay every time a
check bounces at one of our banks. We like your
service and will continue to expand our business
with the ePayed check collection system.
